My Summer Road Trip!

If you follow me on social media you will know, but incase you don’t: I have just come back from a trip away to drive the North Coast 500. A 500 mile round trip around the north part of Scotland. I know it seems like it’s not far to go, but I learned SO MUCH.

We (my partner Grant came with me!) were away for 8 days altogether. First we got a ferry to Orkney, then another to Scrabster before setting off anti-clockwise around the route.

This trip was mostly for research as we were on the look-out for makers and crafty shops. We had a few people to go and see and lots of tourist spots to check out. We packed in A LOT.

The makers and other business owners we met were so lovely, I have to say a special thank you to those who took the time to speak to us and help with our research. Check them out below!

I have to also share some of the touristy spots, these places were packed with history and beautiful views. Excellent for walks and getting some fresh air!

Now onto my news! *drum roll*
