Classes
June has been a month of beginners classes. Earlier in the month I did a beginners knitting class and later in the month a beginners Fair Isle class. All students did brilliantly, I am so impressed with their progress.
We also had a lovely class with a Shetland Wool Adventures Group.
Thanks to everyone who has taken a class this month, I look forward to seeing your progress!

Pictures From Customers
I was so excited to be sent a picture from May Erlewine on Instagram She had bee in Shetland for the Folk Festival and bought a Billister Lights Cowl while she was here. When I got in touch to ask if I could share the picture, she sent me more of her beautiful daughter Iris in the cowl. How Sweet!
The pattern for this cowl can be found HERE, or if you prefer the finished cowl you can find it HERE.

Knitting Belt Mini Tutorial
After my trip to the Uldfestival in Denmark, I had so many questions about the knitting belt. "Do you keep your yarn in it?" was a common one! I decided to make this mini tutorial to give people an introduction to the belt and how I use it!
Let me know what you think!

Leadership Matters
I was delighted to be asked to to speak at the NHS Shetland Leadership Matters event. I did a talk on "My Leadership Journey" detailing the steps I took, some major parts of the last 2 years and some of the major lessons I've learned. This was all very well received by the group and we had some really good questions afterwards!
